The Outlet is a subsidiary of Hawkeye Foodservice Distribution. Due to the nature of Hawkeye Foodservice Distribution’s business, we are able to provide a product mix that caters both to the individual as well as big families, restaurants, businesses, and organizations.
We offer traditional as well as bulk items allowing for greater savings. Some of our products will be stocked in The Outlet on a regular basis, while other products may only be available for a limited time. Learn about the differences you can expect from a trip to The Outlet.

Q: Are the products sold in The Outlet expired, damaged, or have something wrong with them?
A: No. The vast majority of products sold in The Outlet (about 98%) are regular "stock" items, meaning they are brand new, unblemished products that can be found for sale every time you stop in the store. About 1-2% of The Outlet's products may come from a case that has been dented or dropped. The item itself is in perfect condition, but the packaging may appear "damaged." These items are not only perfectly safe, but can be sold at great values!
Q: Are the products found on the shelves constantly changing?
A: No. Since about 98% of the items for sale in The Outlet are "stock" items, they are readily available every time you stop in. Some "stock" items may come and go, due to seasonality, and specials, but the vast majority of Outlet products are consistently here!
Q: Is there a list of products that are sold with pricing?
A: An active item list is not maintained for various reasons: special prices, new items, changing brands, and other factors make the maintenance of such a list difficult.
